LARUSMIANI can only ensure delivery to the country where the order was placed, whether it was placed online or over the phone.

Delivery times & costs

Shipping option offered by LARUSMIANI:

• International Delivery (2-3 working days, subject to customs clearance) from Monday to Friday - 30.00 €

Working days are Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), excluding national holidays.

Please note that:

• Transit times may vary depending on the documentation required for export. In particular, shipments that need to be accompanied by a CITES certificate will incur higher costs and require longer preparation times.
• In countries where customs procedures are required, delivery times may be extended due to potential customs inspections. LARUSMIANI cannot predict the exact delivery timeframe if the order is subject to customs control.
• All orders that include a personalized product will be delivered within approximately 3 business weeks.
• All orders are shipped via FedEx. We will send you a confirmation email upon shipment.
• A signature is required upon delivery for all orders for security purposes (by you or an authorized adult). If no one is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

USA Orders: Shipped “Delivery Duty Paid” (DDP). The amount paid at checkout includes any import costs. Other Non-EU Orders: Shipped “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU). The amount paid at checkout does not include any import costs.

Orders & Returns

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way to you. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of dispatch; therefore, you may not see any updates immediately after shipment.
